Are we any good?

We seem to work on plenty of re-branding projects across a wide spectrum of industries. Why us? Good question. Well, we enjoy working on them and we think that reflects on the quality of the ideas and the final results.

What does help is our experience. We have worked on countless brands, from multinational to local. Highway101 is over 16 years old and, before then, the original partners were creative directors here and in the UK. You can’t unlearn experience.

 

Our Process

This is how we would work with you: we’ll sit down and talk, to discover what you really think. We might talk to other key people and, often, ask if we can chat to your customers too (always revealing). Then, we’ll research the overall market and see what your competitors are up to. Hopefully, no stone is left unturned.

Our small, yet multi-talented team consistently punches above its weight and this allows us to be very price competitive. And, if your budget is limited, we’re happy to discuss how we can make the most of it. Often, we find the best option is to break the project into stages, allowing key requirements to be given first priority and the secondary needs can be dealt with when more funds become available.

We start thinking and ask more questions and we’ll probably spend quite some time together. You’ll discover, we never pull any punches (if we can’t, what’s the point?) and we might show you a few different directions, our first thoughts, written and visual.

We work with a team of smart, savvy, creative people who know they can be as brutally honest as they like and all opinions are heard. We hate slavishly following the trend of the month, but it’s important we’re aware of what’s happening out there. If you don’t look current, you look like you’re behind.

 

Perspective

Usually, we are on the right track, but if we get it wrong, we are always open to re-look at where we are going. We like to discover what really makes you tick and, it’s not unusual for clients to say, “it’s so obvious, why didn’t we think that?” We do have an unfair advantage in this respect – your greatest asset might only be obvious to different minds with an outside perspective.

 

What do clients want most?

Frequently, we might re-design a website and then go on to create new brand identity, design new collateral, re-write the Mission Statement or, re-name the company or brands. In truth, when you have an exciting new website, or logo, everything else can suddenly start to look very out-dated and there’s an added incentive to refresh the brand across the board.

Results

We can’t honestly remember a rebranding project that didn’t take the client forward and go on to find greater success. A rebrand is a great collaborative process, able to kick-start any business and allow everyone to focus on where they want to go in the future. Watching this process unfold is a source of great satisfaction and joy for us.
