Snap Level 2
The brief
Snap Printing asked Highway 101 to devise a future development strategy that would enable them to develop new services that would be a natural evolution from their print and copy services. The concept would also have to be a feasible transition for their 144 franchises throughout Australia.
What we did
· We devised a revolutionary new system that enabled Snap to offer professional design and marketing services to SMEs
· We named the new brand ‘Snap Level 2’ and co-developed an avante garde ‘pod’ that would form the basis of the new range of creative products in the concepts stores
· Created all visual identity, marketing materials, logo design and launch marketing campaign
The result
Snap Level 2 has proven to be an immediate success and has created a completely new business model for the 100 year old printing company.
Within the first year, 6 new concept stores have opened, with another 16 due over the next 9 months.
Every Level 2 store has seen a sharp increase in their customer base, product offerings and profitability, without any degradation of their existing print-based services – in fact, print services have now become a natural extension of the marketing services they can now offer.
At the Snap conference in 2008, it concluded by stating that “Level 2 was the future of Snap”. Every franchise attending the conference expressed a desire to become a Snap Level 2 store within the next 2-5 years.
